Edit Menu
This section will describe the functions of the commands in the Edit pulldown menu.

Undo Previous Operation
Use this command to step back from previous actions, such as deleting a row. Be aware the Undo command has limited memory and should not be relied upon to always function as expected.
Insert / Delete Row
Use the Insert Row command to insert a row above the current cell position. Use Delete Row to delete the row at the current cell position. There are also toolbar buttons to execute these commands.
Cut, Copy, Paste
These are Windows commands which use the Windows clipboard. Cut and Copy places the data in the clipboard. Paste takes the data from the clipboard and places it at the active cell position. You can also use the Windows standard keyboard short cuts for these functions, as well as pressing down on the mouse wheel. You can select a single cell or multiple cells in columns and/or rows.

Find / Replace
This is an enhanced Find and Replace function specialized for HydraCALC.

Start by clicking the cell in the column where you'd like to find/replace your data then click Find/Replace. To find a value, enter the data to be found in the Find what field and press the Find/Next button.
To globally replace a value from that column, enter the data to find in the Find what field and the data to replace with in the Replace with field. Press Replace All to change all instances. It will start at the current row and move downwards. Items above the cursor will not be replaced. For example, to change all 1.049" diameter pipe with 1.380" diameter pipe, enter 1.049 in the Find what field and 1.38 in the Replace with field and press the Replace All button.
The Filters allow you to restrict the changes to the selected Input Type. For example, you can limit the change to only those pipes with an Input Type of Mn-S. You can also restrict the replacement with either the current tab (System Info for example) or all tabs (System Info, Equivalent K Piping, etc.).
Alter Pipe Schedule
This command opens the Pipe Schedule Input window. It is reliant on the Input Type column to be filled in the Input screen plus the Num Heads column for Tree Systems.
Categories and labels in the Input Type column are based on the type of pipe in your sprinkler system. Adjust your values in this window to quickly and efficiently modify your data.
The Input Type values for drop, sprig, and armover piping should be labled as Drop, Sprig, or AOver respectively.
Tree Systems/Straight Feed Systems should be labeled as Ln-S, Rn-S, and Mn-S for branch lines, riser nipples, and feed main piping, respectively.
Grids/Looped Systems will have the labels Ln-G, Rn-G, Mn-G1, and Mn-G2 for gridlines, grid riser nipples, primary main and secondary main piping, respectively.
Underground piping has only one label, UG.
Edit your diameters or pipe types to match your new requirements.
Special instructions for the Tree Systems section;
Use the diameter bar values to change the diameter of the pipe based on how many sprinklers are downstream of the branch line pipe.
Use the Clear All button to clear all existing values. Use the +/- buttons to add/subtract quanties of sprinklers downstream for each specific pipe diameter. Use the Fill Blanks button to autofill any blank values. Note that 9998 represents the maximum number of sprinklers a single pipe diameter can feed. Click the diameter button to toggle between 0 or 9998 sprinklers for that specific diameter.
Once completed, use the View Tree button to get a table representation of that branch line's diameters (from left to right).
The 'Apply on OK' will auto select itself if you make a change to that category's diameter or pipe type and ensures your changes are applied. You can uncheck the box if you decide to not change those values.
Click OK to apply the changes and update your input
