Utilities Menu - Alter Company Information
Summary
Company Information is used to input information in order to personalize your cover sheet when printing your hydraulics reports. The enterable information consists of: a business name, location (address, zip code, country information, etc) and contact information such as a phone number. This personalized information, alongwith a bitmap image of your company logo which can be entered in the section about Setting Up Your Own Company Cover Sheet, is added to your cover sheet which can be seen here.
How Do I Use Company Information?
You can set up your company information by selecting Alter Company Info from the Utilities pull-down menu. The Alter Company Data dialog box will appear.
Select a number from the list to view the current settings. Enter your information and press the OK button to save your entries. You can have up to 99 companies saved. When the Company Number is selected from the HydraCALC window, the information entered in the dialog box will appear in your reports.
Reset All Column Widths
Starting this command will reset the Piping column widths to the factory settings.
Reset Folder Locations
Start this command to open this dialog box.
Edit the folder locations as required. For example, you may have forms located on a network folder. Use caution when changing these folder locations.
