Export Piping

Use Export Piping to Navis or Export Piping to export the HydraCAD project to a Navisworks readable model.

There are two options; All or Objects.  All selects all modeled pipes. Objects allows you to pick a pipe, or group of pipes. Press Enter to use the default All option. A quick copy of the modeled pipes will be saved in the directory where your project is. It will have the current drawing name with –Persistent Model appended to the end.

A message box will open displaying the name of the Persistent Model file. Press OK.

The dwg file will be created and can now be opened in Navisworks.
